Does the Center offer help with utility bills or rent assistance?
We do not offer these types of assistance at this time. Please call 211 (United Way help line) for a list of agencies that may be able to provide assistance.
Does the Center provide babysitting services?

What does the Center do with clothing donations?
After receiving donations of clothing and other wearable items, the Center staff and/or volunteers will check the clothing to ensure there are no visible stains, tears, etc., and that the clothing is clean and "ready to wear." The clothing is then folded or put on hangers, shoes are put on racks and other items are organized by item type. The clothing, shoes, and other items are given away "free" to eligible applicants.
How can I receive food and/or clothing?
In order to become eligible to receive clothing, an application must be completed and appropriate documents submitted. Applicants must submit a photo identification for the applying adult, social security cards for all household members, and proof of income.
When can I get food or clothes?
The Food Pantry and Clothing Closet are open every third and fourth Wednesday of the month from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
What if I don't have proof of income or if I am not working and have no income?
An applicant with no income should pick up a job history report from the Department of Labor.
Does the Center help people find jobs?
The Center does not offer employment assistance at this time.
What is the cost of your programs and services?
All programs and services are free of charge and provided through the kind generosity of individual, foundation, and corporate donations. These include donations from various entities of the United Methodist Church.
Can I use the Activity Center for a special event?
Yes. If available, the Activity Center can be used for a variety of special events and family functions. A rental fee is required. Call or come by the Center for more information.
